The Greens Committee shall consist of not less than five Voting Members. It shall be responsible for recommending to the Board of Directors those items related to: (1) the entire care and management of the course, and all other buildings other than the club house; (2) the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent and such other employees as may be necessary; and (3) local rules to govern the use and care of the course and grounds. The Greens Committee shall not approve or make any expenditures or encumbrances that are not set forth in the related fiscal year’s budget without the approval of the Board of Directors
