The Finance Review Committee shall consist of not less than three Voting Members who are not on the Board of Directors, to be appointed by the President. On a quarterly basis the Committee shall meet with the Treasurer and review the books of accounts and financial procedures of the organization, and report their findings to the Board of Directors. They shall also make a report to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
