Mt. Pleasant Scholarship Eligibility
MT. PLEASANT GOLF CLUB SCHOLARSHIP FUND, INC.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION (available behind the bar at Mt. Pleasant)
ELIGIBILITY
APPLICANT:
1) A. Must be a graduating high school senior, who is going on to college.
2) B. Must be one of the following:
a. A youth or junior member
b. A son or daughter, niece or nephew, grandson or granddaughter of a golfing member*
i. *Golfing member can be any of the following classifications: Regular A, Regular B, Limited, Senior A, or Senior B
3) Must file the application to Mt. Pleasant Golf Club by April 30th (No exceptions)
4) Must submit with the application a complete secondary school transcript that includes, SAT scores and rank in class (when available).
5) Must Write a short biographical essay that should include activities, awards, community service and affiliation to Mt. Pleasant Golf Club.
6) Must submit 2 letters of recommendation from members of Mt. Pleasant (letters may not be written by the sponsor).
